Bayern Munich have reached an agreement on personal terms with Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson as they push for a move to bring the Senegalese forward to Germany.
According to reports from German outlet Bild, Jackson has already agreed personal terms, but Bayern must still negotiate with Chelsea to finalize the transfer.
The Bundesliga champions are exploring a loan arrangement, as sporting directors Max Eberl and Christoph Freund are currently restricted from signing an outright attacking player this summer. A loan deal with an option to buy in 2026 is seen as the most realistic outcome.
Meanwhile, Arsenal confirmed on Monday that promising midfielder Laila Harbert has joined U.S. side Portland Thorns on loan until January 2026.
The 18-year-old, who signed her first professional contract with Arsenal in January 2025, has been part of the club’s system since the age of nine. She previously gained senior experience on loan at Southampton during the second half of the 2024/25 season.
