RCCG Celebrates Pastor Adeboye’s 83rd Birthday with Free Surgeries and Medical Outreach

By Springs News NG | February 28, 2025

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has launched a free medical surgery initiative to honor the 83rd birthday of its General Overseer, Pastor Enoch Adeboye. The program, organized under the church’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, aims to provide essential healthcare services to individuals in need.

Born on March 2, 1942, in Ifewara, Osun State, Pastor Adeboye has been a pillar of faith and humanitarian efforts. To commemorate his birthday, RCCG has partnered with the Redeemer’s Health Centre (RHC) to offer a variety of medical services, including obstetrics and gynecology care, general and eye surgeries, dialysis, consultations, and the distribution of reading glasses.

In a statement released by Pastor Leke Adeboye, the church encouraged interested participants to register for the program, emphasizing RCCG’s ongoing commitment to improving healthcare access. “Pastor Adeboye’s dedication to giving back to society is evident in the church’s numerous CSR initiatives, which have impacted over 166 million lives and executed over 990,000 projects,” the statement read.

RCCG’s health interventions have reached millions, with over nine million beneficiaries of free healthcare services and 33,052 completed healthcare projects. The church has also established four intensive care units and centers across various locations, further solidifying its role in humanitarian services.

Pastor Adeboye’s 2025 Prophecies

Meanwhile, Pastor Adeboye has declared 2025 a “landmark year” with significant events expected on both personal and global scales. During the RCCG New Year service, he prophesied that long-awaited breakthroughs and victories would finally manifest.

“The day someone has been waiting for will arrive this year,” he declared, emphasizing a shift from reliance on earthly helpers to divine intervention. “Earthly helpers will be replaced by heavenly helpers this year,” he added, encouraging believers to trust in God’s provision.

As RCCG continues its mission of faith and service, the free medical outreach stands as a testament to the church’s dedication to humanitarian efforts and its commitment to uplifting communities in need.
