Kwara Pastor Sentenced to Life Imprisonment Over Sexual Abuse of Minors
A Kwara State High Court in Ilorin has sentenced Ajiboye Abayomi Olayinka, founder of Mission House of Divine Land of Joy and Prayer Ministry, to life imprisonment for rape and sexual offences involving minors.
The court also handed him an additional 14-year jail term for illegal abortion following investigations by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.
The NSCDC praised the victims for speaking out and reaffirmed its commitment to protecting children and ensuring justice for survivors of abuse.
