Wayne Rooney Warns Man Utd Manager Ruben Amorim: “No Excuses, Start Winning Now”

Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney has issued a stern warning to current manager Ruben Amorim, stressing that he must start delivering results this season.
United’s 1-1 draw against Fulham on Sunday extended their winless run in the Premier League, piling early pressure on Amorim.
The Red Devils spent over £200 million during the summer transfer window, reinforcing their attack with high-profile signings Benjamin Sesko, Matheus Cunha, and Bryan Mbeumo. With expectations running high after last season’s disappointing 15th-place finish, the spotlight is firmly on Amorim.
Speaking on his BBC podcast, Rooney said Amorim can no longer hide behind excuses.
“There’s no excuses now for the manager this season. He’s got to start getting results and getting them quickly,” Rooney said.
The former striker also warned that time is running out:
“Once you start getting into October or November, if results don’t change drastically, that’s when the pressure comes.”
