London — Popular Nigerian-born pastor and founder of SPAC Nation, Tobi Adegboyega, has given an update on his health following a recent battle with cancer.
In a video shared online, Adegboyega revealed that he had successfully undergone surgery and is now preparing to begin chemotherapy, which marks the next stage of his treatment.
Reflecting on his experience, the clergyman said he chose to confront the diagnosis with courage rather than denial.
“This is proof of life. I’m alive, and I’m recovering,” he said. “I have gone through the surgery, and now I move to chemotherapy. When you tell Nigerians this kind of thing, many will say, ‘it’s not your portion in Jesus’ name.’ But it was my portion, and I faced it as a man should.”
Adegboyega expressed gratitude to his followers and well-wishers for their prayers and support throughout his health journey, assuring them that his recovery is ongoing.
The outspoken pastor, known for his unconventional style and influence among young people, first disclosed his cancer diagnosis earlier this year, urging his supporters to remain steadfast in faith and resilience.
