Tragedy as UNN Student and Campus DJ, Brownlex, Dies in Fatal Crash En Route to Davido’s Enugu Concert

A tragic incident has struck the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) community following the death of Chrisantus Chukwuebuka Nwankwo, popularly known on campus as DJ Brownlex.
The 300-level Economics student reportedly lost his life in a fatal road accident on his way to Davido’s concert in Enugu on Saturday night.
According to eyewitness accounts, the bus conveying DJ Brownlex and several other students departed the park late in the evening without functioning headlights. Tragically, the vehicle crashed into a stationary trailer along the Enugu-Onitsha Expressway.
Both DJ Brownlex and the bus driver died instantly, while several passengers sustained severe injuries and were rushed to Shanahan Hospital, Nsukka, where they are currently receiving treatment.
The untimely death of the young DJ has left friends, classmates, and the UNN community heartbroken, as tributes continue to pour in across social media platforms.
