Nigerian sprint hurdler Tobi Amusan delivered a sensational performance at the 2025 Rabat Diamond League, winning the women’s 100m hurdles with a meet record time of 12.45 seconds. Her victory not only marked her season’s best (SB) but also erased the previous meet record of 12.51 seconds set by American Brianna McNeal in 2018.
Amusan, the 2022 World Champion and world record holder, showcased her dominance by pulling away early and maintaining a commanding lead throughout the race. Though the event occurred before the main broadcast, it stood out as one of the day’s headline moments.
Coming in second was Nadine Visser of the Netherlands, clocking 12.67 seconds (SB), followed by Poland’s Pia Skrzyszowska with 12.69 seconds (SB).
