Suspect, Duane Davis Accuses Diddy Combs Of Paying $1million, Ordering Singer, Tupac Shakur’s Assassination

According to recent court filings, Combs is cited numerous times under various aliases such as Puffy, Puff Daddy, Puff, and his real name, Sean Combs.

Duane “Keefe D” Davis, a gangster who was arrested and is being prosecuted for the murder of the American rapper, Tupac Shakur, has accused American rapper and record executive, Sean “Diddy” Combs, of paying him $1 million and ordering Shakur’s assassination.

The US Sun reports that latest court papers obtained showed that Combs faces questions about his alleged involvement in Shakur’s murder case after being mentioned more than 70 times in prosecutors’ latest legal filing.

However, it is not yet known if Combs will be subpoenaed or indicted as part of the murder case as prosecutors hope to finally obtain justice for Shakur who was shot dead in Las Vegas 27 years ago on September 7, 1996.

The US Sun has contacted the Clark County District Attorney’s Office regarding Combs’ alleged involvement in the case, marking another legal issue for him.

In March, federal authorities raided Combs’ residences as part of a sex trafficking investigation.

He is also confronting multiple lawsuits alleging sexual assault and trafficking, which he vehemently denies.

Earlier, Combs denied any connection to Shakur’s murder, though his representatives declined to comment on the latest developments reported by The US Sun.

According to recent court filings, Combs is cited numerous times under various aliases such as Puffy, Puff Daddy, Puff, and his real name, Sean Combs.

These documents outline the historical rivalry between Combs’ Bad Boy Records on the East Coast and Marion “Suge” Knight’s Death Row Records on the West Coast, culminating in Shakur’s shooting.

The filings allege that after the shooting, suspect Keefe traveled to New York with a Los Angeles police task force to gather evidence against Combs and another individual, Eric “Zip” Martin, regarding Shakur’s murder.

The documents assert that Combs paid Eric Von Martin a million dollars for the killings, a claim reiterated by Keefe in various interviews and transcripts included in the filing

In a YouTube interview summary, Keefe claimed that Combs inquired about the involvement of South Side Crips in Shakur’s death, to which Keefe confirmed.

Allegations against Combs are further detailed in transcripts of surreptitiously recorded interviews conducted by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police in 2009, featured in the 179-page court submission.

Keefe alleges in these transcripts that Combs expressed a desire to have Knight and Tupac killed, mentioning how he feared Knight and had a dispute with Tupac over a diss track.

Keefe also claimed that Combs was discussed immediately after Shakur’s shooting, implying financial motivation.

The court documents, filed by prosecutors to oppose Keefe’s bail request, detail these allegations extensively.

Keefe’s bail was denied due to concerns over the source of funds for the bond and discussions about selling his life story for television.

A hearing to reconsider his bail is scheduled for Tuesday, pending which Keefe’s lawyer has refrained from commenting on the latest developments.

The US Sun initially reported last October on allegations that Combs paid one million dollars for Tupac’s murder, subsequently releasing an audio tape earlier this year featuring Keefe’s explosive claims
