Senator Ned Nwoko has firmly dismissed rumours alleging that he has taken a new wife, following the circulation of a viral video linking him to an unidentified woman. The politician, who is married to Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, condemned the claims as completely fabricated.
In a detailed statement issued on his Instagram page, Nwoko clarified that the woman in the video had only visited with her team under the Peace Ambassadors Initiative, led by Ambassador Dr. Adejo Sule. He emphasised that the footage was being manipulated online to create a misleading narrative about his private life.
He distanced himself from any personal involvement with the woman and warned that those spreading the false allegations for attention or defamation could face legal consequences.
Nwoko reiterated that any continued distribution of the misleading content would trigger immediate legal action against the perpetrators.
