Rivers Gov. Fubara Officially Joins APC, Completes Party Registration in Port Harcourt

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State has formally documented Governor Siminalayi Fubara as an official member of the party.
A photo posted by Tony Okocha, media aide to the state APC chairman, captured the moment Governor Fubara placed his thumbprint in what appears to be the APC membership register.
The exercise was carried out on Friday at the Government House in Port Harcourt.
This development comes days after Governor Fubara publicly revealed his decision to join the APC on Tuesday.
According to him, his move from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the APC is driven by his commitment to the progress of Rivers people and as a show of gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whom he acknowledged as the key figure behind his continued stay in office as Governor.
