President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reiterated his administration’s unwavering commitment to fulfilling all promises made under the Renewed Hope Agenda, with a special focus on the development of Nasarawa State and the nation at large.
Speaking during a courtesy visit to the Emir of Lafia, Justice Sidi Bage Muhammad, at his palace on Wednesday, President Tinubu pledged continued federal support for key sectors in Nasarawa, particularly solid minerals and agriculture.
The President lauded Governor Abdullahi Sule for his prudent and transparent use of state resources, which he said has attracted trust from both the Federal Government and private investors.
“I’m pleased to return to Nasarawa, as your Emir rightly predicted during the 2023 campaign. You told me I would come back as President—and here I am. Thank you for your foresight and patriotism,” Tinubu remarked.
Describing Nasarawa State as a model of peace, progress, and stability, the President credited Governor Sule and the State Council of Traditional Rulers for fostering good governance and community cohesion.
He assured the Emir and the people of Nasarawa that he remains dedicated to fully delivering on the Renewed Hope Agenda, which aims to rebuild Nigeria’s economy, empower the youth, and create sustainable opportunities for future generations.
“I am determined to drive lasting change. Everything I do is geared toward a better, brighter future for Nigeria,” he added.
President Tinubu’s visit to Nasarawa underscores his administration’s strategic emphasis on regional development and its commitment to inclusive national progress.
