Senior Advocate of Nigeria Femi Falana has defended the EFCC’s power to freeze government accounts, citing previous court judgments that affirmed the authority of anti-corruption agencies.
Falana also warned against halting corruption investigations because of elections, while noting that Osun State has the right to challenge the EFCC’s action in court.
