Olympics 2024: Every gold medallist from Paris including Biles, Marchand and Lyles
All eyes are on Paris for the greatest sporting spectacle on earth, with the 2024 Olympic Games currently taking place in the French capital.
Lifetimes of hard work, dedication and dreams will come to a head during the two-and-a-half-week festival of sport, with more than 100 gold medals having already been handed out.
China claimed the distinction of winning the first of those golds in shooting on day one, and they are one of a number of nations enjoying a memorable Games so far.
Host nation France have delighted the home crowd, with particular highlights coming from Leon Marchand‘s incredible four-gold haul, Antoine Dupont leading the rugby sevens team to glory, and a remarkable podium clean sweep in the men’s BMX final.
Great Britain made their best-ever start to a Games too, while some of the other famous athletes taking part have lived up to their billing – perhaps most notably USA’s Simone Biles completing here redemption story.
