Portable said life is not about acquiring and showing off material possessions like houses or cars, but about helping people.
Controversial Nigerian singer, Portable has urged his senior colleagues in the music industry, Wizkid, Davido and Burnaboy, to support upcoming singers.
Portable, who stated this in a recent interview with media personality, Timi Agbaje, said there are many talented singers in the ‘trenches’ and the A-list singers should help them rise
According to the ‘ika of Africa’ crooner, life is not about acquiring and showing off material possessions like houses or cars, but about helping people
Portable further appealed to the power music trio to also come to his aid and support his music career.
His words,
“Abeg make una help me, I still need help. You dey hear. Make una help me abeg. Make Wizkid Baba n’la, help me. You understand, no be to dey post cars, houses. Make them help people from the trenches. All those artiste dey wey sabi. Davido na baba, e don promise me, anyone wey pray for ur downfall go fall.
