Nigeria decides 2023: Voters lament as INEC overcrowd polling unit in Kubwa [PHOTOS]
There are indications that violence may break out at the Phase 4 junction Kubwa polling unit over a large number of voters
earnt that the polling unit has over 3000 voters registered by the Independent National Electrical Commission, INEC.
When our correspondent visited the area, voters expressed their anger, lamenting that it would be impossible for everyone to cast their ballots due to crowd.
Emeka Okole, who spoke with DAILY POST, alleged that the move was to disenfranchise many voters in the polling unit.
“We have several polling units around this place, and they don’t have up to 100 voters. Why did the INEC fail to push some of the voters to that place?
“What they want to do is to disenfranchise us here because they know who we are voting for”, Okole lamented
We observed that some polling units in the area are scanty, with no voters in queue.
