Many killed as suspected herdsmen attack Benue community
A yet to be ascertained number of people have been reported killed in an attack by gunmen suspected to be herdsmen on Umogidi village of Entekpa-Adoka district in Otukpo LGA of Benue state.
Anene Sewuese, Benue police spokesperson, who confirmed the attack to TheCable on Thursday said the force was yet to get details of the attack
There was an attack, but I am yet to get details on it,” the police spokesperson said.
Some reports said that at least 46 people were killed after the gunmen surrounded and attacked the villagers on Wednesday
