Nottingham Forest have opened their search for a new manager after parting ways with Nuno Espirito Santo, with Jose Mourinho among the high-profile names linked to the role.

Nuno was dismissed late Sunday following a poor run of results, capped by a 3-0 home defeat to West Ham United that left the Portuguese under intense pressure.

According to transfer insider Alex Crook, Forest’s shortlist features three leading candidates: former Fenerbahçe boss Jose Mourinho, Fulham manager Marco Silva, and Tottenham Hotspur coach Ange Postecoglou.
