Popular gospel artist Dunsin Oyekan has spoken out against the escalating violence targeting Christians in Nigeria.

On Tuesday evening, terrorists attacked a branch of the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) in Kwara State, killing three worshippers and abducting several others, including the pastor. The assault came just hours after suspected Boko Haram insurgents reportedly killed eight people in Bama Local Government Area, Borno State, on Monday night.

In an Instagram post, Oyekan described the attacks as “cruel” and expressed deep frustration at the government’s response to insecurity.

He prayed for divine justice, saying, “May the Lord judge the enemies of this nation once and for all in this season. These killings are too much, senseless, and cruel! Psalm 82:1-8 is my prayer in this season. And we have a government abi?????”
