House of Rep committee under leadership of acting chairman SADIU ABDULLAHI has rejected the Pencom Financial statement presented to the committee.
According to the statement it indicates the the most junior employee gets a monthly pay of 2.4 million naira.
During this interview the DG of pencom AISHA DAHIR UMAR tried explaining how 500 staffs in pencom earns 2.4 million naira monthly as salary to the interviewer House of Rep member from Apc kano Aminu suleiman
The DG of pencom further explains that the 2.4 million naira includes training and allowances and not just salary and that is what constitute personal cost of 2.4 million naira monthly.
the committee conclude that the D.G provides a more accurate analysis by giving the committee a break down of what constitute the personal cost PER HEAD of all the 500 employee of pencom
