Davido’s ‘Timeless’ Album Earns UK Silver Certification After 100,000+ Sales

Nigerian Afrobeats star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has achieved a major international milestone as his album Timeless has been awarded a Silver Certification in the United Kingdom.
The certification was confirmed by Chart Data, a prominent platform for music analytics and certifications, after the album sold over 100,000 units in the UK market.
Released in March 2023, Timeless set new records across major streaming platforms including Spotify Nigeria, Boomplay, Audiomack, and YouTube, making it one of the most streamed Nigerian albums in history.
The album’s success also earned Davido critical acclaim, securing him a Headies nomination for ‘Song of the Year’ and two prestigious Grammy nominations—‘Best Global Album’ and ‘Best Global Music Performance’.
Following the release, Davido launched the Timeless Tour, performing to sold-out crowds across several continents and solidifying his influence as a global music icon.
