Davido to Perform at Coachella 2026 as First-Time Nigerian Afrobeats Star

Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Davido (David Adeleke) has been confirmed to perform at the 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, marking his first-ever appearance at the world-famous event.
The festival’s organisers unveiled the official line-up, with Davido standing out as the only Nigerian act billed to perform next year.
The multi-award-winning singer is scheduled to hit the stage on April 11 and April 18, 2026, at the iconic Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, thrilling global audiences with his Afrobeats sound.
While Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G will headline the 2026 edition, the star-studded line-up also includes Young Thug, Major Lazer, Giveon, Swae Lee, Central Cee, and Teddy Swims.
Davido joins the ranks of Nigerian stars such as Burna Boy, Wizkid, Tems, Mr Eazi, CKay, and Seun Kuti, who have previously graced the Coachella stage.
