An Abuja High Court has scheduled November 26, 2025, for the hearing of a lawsuit filed by singer Levi Ogbogiri, popularly known as Kraziecent, against rapper Odumodublvck over an alleged assault and battery incident.
Kraziecent accused Odumodublvck of physically attacking him without provocation during a public event held on December 16, 2024, while he was reportedly taking pictures and videos of himself.
According to court documents, the plaintiff claimed that the rapper not only assaulted him but also destroyed his iPhone 15 Pro Max, causing both physical and reputational damage. He is seeking compensation for public humiliation and loss of dignity resulting from the incident.
At Thursday’s sitting, Justice Adeyemi Ajayi adjourned the case to November 26 after Kraziecent’s counsel, Uchenna Ojembe, informed the court that the defendant had yet to respond to the suit despite being duly served.
Odumodublvck’s lawyer, Sheriff Bello, requested an adjournment to allow adequate preparation for the defense.
The case continues to attract public attention, with fans and legal observers closely watching developments as both artists prepare to face off in court.
