Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has declined the invitation from Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), to join forces in the ongoing battle against President Bola Tinubu.
During an International Press Conference in Abuja on Thursday, the former vice president urged Obi and Kwankwaso of the New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP) to unite with him in the pursuit of justice
This development follows the controversy surrounding President Tinubu’s certificate, which Atiku obtained from the Chicago State University (CSU). Atiku, asserting that Tinubu had forged the certificate submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), announced his intention to use the academic records from CSU in his legal proceedings against the president in the Supreme Court.
