Grammy-winning Nigerian superstar Burna Boy has achieved another major milestone, becoming the first African artist to earn over $1 million from a single concert in Oceania.
The record-breaking feat was accomplished during the Sydney leg of his No Sign Of Weakness tour, held at the Qudos Bank Arena on October 18, 2025. The concert generated an impressive $1.117 million in revenue, setting a new benchmark for African artists in the region.
According to global concert tracking platform Touring Data, the tour also emerged as the highest-grossing by an African act in Oceania, pulling in a total of $3.1 million from over 31,000 tickets sold across four shows.
Detailed figures show that approximately 30,946 tickets were sold during the Australian leg, with an average ticket price of about $100.94 and an average revenue of $772,791 per show.
The No Sign Of Weakness tour spanned 20 performances across three continents—North America, Europe, and Oceania—further cementing Burna Boy’s global dominance.
With this achievement, the Afrobeats icon has now become the first African artist to surpass $1 million from a single concert across three different continents, reinforcing his position as one of the world’s leading music exports.
