Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has reportedly given a clear condition before agreeing to a potential move to Saudi Pro League side Al-Ittihad.
According to reports from Sportskeeda, the Portuguese midfielder is open to leaving Old Trafford if Al-Ittihad are willing to meet his £33 million transfer valuation.
The Saudi Arabian club have reignited their interest in Fernandes this summer after Manchester United turned down an earlier big-money bid. Talks are said to have taken place between Al-Ittihad and the player’s representatives, with negotiations described as “positive.”
Fernandes, who was also linked to Al Hilal earlier in the transfer window, has previously stated that he would not stand in the way of a move if Manchester United decide to sell him.
Speaking to The Sun, he said:
“On the day the club thinks that I’m too much or it’s time to part ways, football is like this—you never know it.”
While Fernandes remains committed to United, the transfer saga continues to intensify as Al-Ittihad push to secure the services of the Portuguese playmaker before the window closes.
