Abuja Hospital Rejects ‘Fake Detox Report’ on Regina Daniels as Sowore Blasts Senator Ned for Alleged Smear Plot

Serenity Royale Hospital in Abuja has distanced itself from a viral document claiming to be a “mid-term home detox report” on Nollywood star Regina Daniels, dismissing it as fraudulent, unethical, and never issued by the facility.
In an official statement, the hospital clarified that the circulating post—said to contain confidential medical details about Regina—did not originate from them and violates the standards they uphold.
“Our attention has been drawn to a post circulating online purporting to be a MID TERM HOME DETOX REPORT linked to our hospital regarding Mrs. Nwoko Regina.
We categorically state that the publication did not come from us. We urge the public to disregard it.
We remain committed to professional medical practice and strict confidentiality,” the management declared.
Meanwhile, human rights advocate and former presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore accused Senator Chinedu “Ned” Nwoko of masterminding the forged report as part of a wider plan to tarnish Regina Daniels’ image and bury growing controversies surrounding their relationship.
Sowore argued that the hospital’s disclaimer had “exposed the desperation and forgery” allegedly linked to the senator, insisting the document was fabricated to mislead the public.
He claimed Senator Nwoko has been in “panic mode” since Regina’s brother, Samuele Ojeogwu (Sammy West), regained freedom—an event Sowore says triggered attempts to manufacture false medical evidence.
According to Sowore, the senator is attempting to shift blame onto Regina while evading tough questions, especially those with potential legal consequences abroad.
“As a UK-trained lawyer, Ned knows his actions come with serious legal implications. Now that pressure is mounting, he resorts to cooked-up toxicology papers and leaked fake records. The hospital’s statement exposed everything,” Sowore insisted.
He further alleged that the senator has used his political connections to evade scrutiny, claiming that intimidation tactics—including threats of releasing private videos—are being deployed to silence Regina.
Sowore described the alleged smear campaign as “a disgrace to justice and morality,” saying someone in Senator Nwoko’s position should protect the vulnerable, not target them.
He called for immediate investigation and insisted that political influence must not shield anyone from accountability.
“This case must be fully and urgently investigated. Senator Ned Nwoko must be held accountable. No fake hospital report will cover the truth,” he said.
