Spanish football club Sevilla has officially signed Nigerian striker Akor Adams in a deal worth over ₦8 billion (€5 million). The 24-year-old, hailing from Benue State, joins on a 4.5-year contract and will don the number 15 shirt.
Adams arrives from Ligue 1 side Montpellier, where he featured in 15 matches this season, scoring three goals and providing three assists. Last season, he stood out as Montpellier’s top striker, reaching double figures and showcasing his ability to perform in competitive leagues.

Adams will link up with fellow Super Eagles teammates Chidera Ejuke and Kelechi Iheanacho at Sevilla, though Iheanacho is rumored to be leaving during the winter transfer window.
Sevilla manager García Pimienta is expected to include Adams in the squad for their upcoming La
